Humour

Like many, I’ve taken most of my life too seriously. But the truth is that having a sense of humour says nothing about someone being a good professional. Laughter is one of my main skills. Thanks to humour I meaningfully connect with my students.

My work focuses on the here and now, on the body sensations, on what’s crossing your mind at this precise moment. Stress and anxiety are tackled in the present moment.
