Does pain take most of your life?

That’s exactly what I used to think. For years, I’d wake up and go to bed with a sharp pain in my hip. This pain didn’t let me have a normal life. The pain was so unbearable that I wasn’t even able to go upstairs or get dressed without being in pain.


Since I never had any major traumas, none of the doctors I visited were able to find a root cause. All the professionals they recommended exclusively focused on my body, disregarding the impact of emotions such as stress and anxiety.


So… there I was adrift, feeling trapped in my own body, until I understood that my body aches were a reflection of my daily stress and anxiety.


Eventually stress and anxiety became part of who I was. But everything changed the moment I discovered that these emotions could be disentangled and substituted by healthier mental habits.
